Questions, answered plainly.

If something here isn't clear, write to help@pixaloomtechai.com and a person answers.

Getting started

Before your first ad.

Do I need footage of my product?

No. A product link or a few photos is enough — Pixaloom builds the scenes around them. If you do have footage, drop it in and it gets cut into the ad alongside the generated scenes.

What do I actually have to write?

One line. "Skincare serum, dewy morning light, 15 seconds, urgent hook" is a complete brief. Add who it's for and what the offer is, and the scripts get sharper.

How long does one ad take?

Three to five minutes for a typical set. Variants of the same brief render together, so a full test set arrives in one go rather than one at a time.

Can I edit what comes back?

Yes. Rewrite the script, swap a scene, change the voice or restyle the captions, then re-render only the part that changed.

Output & platforms

What you get, and where it runs.

Which platforms are the ads built for?

Facebook and Instagram first — Reels, Stories and Feed, with the aspect ratios and safe zones Meta expects. The same exports work anywhere vertical video runs, including TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

What file do I actually download?

1080p MP4 with captions burned in and audio baked in, in every aspect ratio you asked for. Upload it as-is; no re-encode needed.

Does Pixaloom post the ads for me?

No. You download the set and upload it yourself, or hand it to whoever runs the ad account. Nothing goes live without a person deciding it should.

Will every ad look the same?

Consistent, not identical. Your brand kit locks the logo, colours, fonts and end card; the hooks, pacing and scenes change per angle. That's the combination you want — recognisable, but not repetitive.

Working with us

The practical stuff.

What does it cost?

Pixaloom Studio, the self-serve workspace, starts with a 14-day free trial — no payment details, cancel any time before it ends. Pixaloom Managed, where our team runs the briefs for you, is quoted per campaign or as a monthly retainer: tell us roughly what you're spending and how often you refresh creative, and we'll quote against that rather than sell you a tier you don't need.

Who owns the finished ads?

You do. They're your product, your brand and your offer — run them wherever you like, for as long as you like.

Do you need access to my ad account?

No. Pixaloom produces the creative; you keep the account, the pixel and the data.

What happens if the ads don't perform?

Tell us which angles flopped and we change the approach, not just the colours. Creative that doesn't work is information — the point of rendering a set is that you find out quickly and cheaply.

Still deciding?

Ask us the awkward question. We'd rather answer it now than after you've paid.
