Pixaloom Tech AI produces AI-generated video advertising for Facebook and Instagram. We operate from 37/1, A Beli Rd, New Katra Road, Mumfordganj, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh 211002, India, and we are the data fiduciary for the information described on this page.

What we collect
This website has no accounts, no sign-up and no contact form. There is nothing to fill in, so we collect very little.
- What you email us. Your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in the message — usually a product link, a brief, and details about your business.
- Material you send for production. Product photos, footage, logos, brand guidelines, scripts and copy.
- Server logs. Our web host records standard request data, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary web-server logging, not tracking.
We do not buy contact lists, we do not run advertising pixels on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and quote for work.
- To produce the ads you have asked for.
- To send you the finished files and talk to you about revisions.
- To invoice you and keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we do not sell it.
Your product materials
Anything you send us for production — photos, footage, unreleased product details, pricing, campaign plans — is treated as confidential. We use it to make your ads and for nothing else.
Briefs and reference material are processed by AI models in order to generate the creative. Where we use third-party model providers, we choose services that do not train on customer content by default. If you need a written confirmation of the specific processors involved in your project, ask and we will provide it before work starts.
Showing your work. We do not publish finished ads made for you as portfolio examples without your permission. Tell us at any time and we will remove anything of yours from our site.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that go nowhere — deleted within 12 months.
- Project files and correspondence — kept for the duration of the engagement and for 24 months afterwards, so we can re-cut or re-issue work you come back for.
- Invoices and tax records — kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
Ask us to delete your material earlier and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable laws where they apply to you, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
- Withdraw consent, where consent is what we relied on.
Write to help@pixaloomtechai.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We keep client material in access-controlled storage, limit access to the people working on your project, and remove access when it is no longer needed. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will email you rather than rely on you noticing.
